Tri-County Board Policies and Bylaws

Authorizing legislation

The structure and function of county Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Boards (often referred to as ADAMH or ADAMHS Boards) are defined in Ohio Revised Code, Title III Counties, Chapter 340: Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services. As a public Board, the Tri-County Board is subject to the rules and exceptions for public meetings and records as defined in ORC Title I Chapter 121.22 Public meetings - exceptions. Appointed Board members and Board staff are considered to be public officers and are governed by ORC Title I Chapter 102: Public Officers - Ethics.
