304 Performance Evaluations

Original Approval Date: February 21, 1996
Revision Effective: June 17, 2009
Reviewed: February 20, 2024
 
The work performance of employees should be evaluated during the employee’s initial or promotional probationary period, and annually upon attainment of regular employment.
 
Employees who have successfully completed probation should be evaluated annually, either on or about the anniversary date of their employment or on an established annual date.
 
Special, additional evaluations may be held if requested be the employee and approved by the Executive Director, or at the discretion of the Executive Director.
