301 Requirements for Employees
The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services appoints employs, fixes compensation for, disciplines and establishes policies and procedures and other conditions of employment for its employees. Employment with the Board is employment at will, which means that you may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice; likewise, the Tri-County Board may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to federal, state and local laws. It is a requirement that employees recognize and agree to abide by all applicable laws and all applicable policies and procedures as a condition of employment.
All employees of the Board must be residents of the State of Ohio
The Board will not hire more than one (1) immediate member of a family, in order to avoid the appearance of impropriety and all violations of any applicable laws, rules and regulations.
