301 Requirements for Employees

The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services employs, fixes compensation for, disciplines, and establishes policies and procedures and other conditions of employment for its employees. Employment with the Board is employment at will, which means that an employee may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice; likewise, the Tri-County Board may terminate an employee’s employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to federal, state and local laws. It is a requirement that employees recognize and agree to abide by all applicable laws and all applicable policies and procedures as a condition of employment.
The Board will not hire more than one (1) immediate member of a family, in order to avoid violations of any applicable laws, rules and regulations, or the appearance of impropriety.
