121 Open Meetings

It is the policy of the Tri-County Board to hold open meetings, to take official action, and to conduct all deliberations on official business only in open meetings in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 121.22 (F) unless the subject matter is discussed in Executive Session (ORC 121.22 (G)). Minutes of such meetings shall be available for public inspection.
Further the Tri-County Board will:

Minutes of such meetings shall be available for public inspection.
Further the Tri-County Board will:
- Provide an official communication to all of the newspapers of record in the tri-county region announcing the date, time and place of the Board’s scheduled meetings.
- Notice of the Board’s meetings will be posted on the Tri-County Board website.
- Deviations from the regularly scheduled meetings will be reported to the media in a timely manner.
- Any person who inquires in person, by email or by phone concerning the date, time and place of such meetings shall be so informed.
- All meetings of the Board and its committees and subcommittees will be held in open meetings.
- Staff meetings of the Executive Director and Board staff and meetings between supervisors and employees will not be open to the public.
