300 New Employee Orientation

New employee orientations will be scheduled with all new employees as soon as possible upon entering employment with the Tri-County Board. The purpose of new employee orientation is to provide an opportunity to foster an understanding of the Board mission; create awareness of the job requirements and to present Board policies and procedures. Access to the Board’s on-line policies will be provided prior to the orientation. Tri-County Board policies as well as other important information including ethics and conflicts of interest will be discussed during the orientation. New employees are required to review Board policies and are encouraged to ask questions.
Employees are required to sign an acknowledgement of the orientation session, including policies and discussion items.
