Addiction is a family disease. If affects the relationships of those close to the addict: parents, spouse, siblings, children, long time friends, and employers. If someone’s addiction is bothering you, first seek help for yourself.
Nar-Anon is a 12-step support group for family and friends of addicts. There are no dues or fees to join. Just come to our meeting and hear others going through similar problems. We talk about how we cope and find recovery.
We are meeting on Thursday Evenings at 7:00 pm at the St. John’s Lutheran Church. Our first meeting will be Thursday, October 1, 2015. Come and join us to attain serenity and a new way to live.
