
The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration. The ideal candidate will be familiar with various accounting systems and practices. The Tri-County Board operates on a July-June Fiscal Year budget, and reconciles to a Calendar Year Budget. The Board receives and administers funds from federal, state and local revenue streams, including State Budget allocations and grant programs. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and accounting software is a plus. CPA or equivalent professional credential is a plus, but is not required. This is a Director-level position with some supervisory responsibilities. The Director of Finance and Administration oversees administrative records including payroll, and monitors EOE compliance. The Director serves as the Board's Civil Rights Officer, Section 504 Officer, and Privacy Officer, and coordinates audits. The Tri-County Board offers a modern, well-equipped office environment and a supportive team approach. Standard work week is Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM.
